• Separate Vercel project from the consumer app.
• www.sniffopotamus.dev as the primary docs/commercial domain.
• Public .dev reads as a public product and guide front door first.
• The deeper .dev pages hold the build plan, monetisation map, and technical documentation.
• Add a polished public cover landing page to the main sniffopotamus.com consumer app before broader public promotion.
• Docs cover users, MCP, developers, creators, retailers, brands, comms, corpus, agents, privacy, visual note atlas, and deployment.
• Keep language audience-led: fragrance lovers, gifters, creators, stores, boutiques, brands, builders, and research teams before internal jargon.
