Contact​

Use support for:

  • Account access problems.
  • Billing questions.
  • Data export or deletion requests.
  • Correction requests for fragrance data.
  • Retailer, brand, API, or white-label enquiries.

The main app keeps public legal pages for:

  • Terms.
  • Privacy.
  • Refund policy.
  • Contact.

Data correction​

Fragrance data can be wrong when a product has aliases, reformulations, regional variants, or missing source material. Submit corrections with a source where possible.

Privacy​

No raw personal user data should be sold. Aggregated reporting must use privacy thresholds, anonymisation, and source confidence.
