This is the Sniffopotamus help and developer guide. Use it when you need to understand a feature, set up a workflow, connect an agent, prepare a retailer tool, document corpus rules, or explain the platform to a larger organisation.

The help site is separate from the app so the manual can have proper Docusaurus navigation, search, deep links, and build-safe documentation. It should never feel detached: app links should send users to the right guide, and guide pages should send them back to the app page they came from.

The .dev site is not the .com landing page. The .com landing page should explain the product. This site should help every audience use, connect, or build with it.

Build order

1. Keep this help site organised by audience and task.
2. Wire contextual help links from .com into the right .dev pages with safe return paths.
3. Add a polished public cover to the main consumer app before broad launch.
4. Build the commercial substrate: API keys, hashed secrets, usage metering, rate limits, Stripe and Shopify plan mapping.
5. Package hosted fuzzy search and Gift Finder widgets.
6. Add catalogue cleanup intake and enrichment exports.
7. Strengthen corpus accuracy, country packs, and Sniffopotobot grounding.
8. Add Resend lifecycle email and OneSignal push only after consent and event semantics are clear.
9. Build the note thumbnail atlas as an owned visual dataset and sellable asset.
