The planned maker workflow will submit a finished perfume record for governed review before it can enter the shared catalogue or appear on a public brand page. An authorised person will accept publication, retaining the evidence and an undo record rather than allowing a draft or assistant to approve itself; this page contains no publishing action until that reviewed path is implemented.
